Scott is a Partner in the firm and practices before the New York State Workers Compensation Board and the Social Security Administration. He is a graduate of Monroe-Woodbury High School(1987), SUNY Albany(1991), and New York Law School(1994). He has been with Ouimette, Goldstein and Andrews since 1994. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Rockland County Bar Association, NYS Bar Association and the Injured Workers Bar Association. He is also a sustaining member of the National Organization Of Social Security Claimant's Representatives(NOSSCR).
